The first three scenes of Until Dark are getting presented at Et Alia Theater’s Gala at Out of the Box Theatrics. All proceeds are going to the production of it this February!

I am directing What Will The Neighbor’s Say’s exploration! I am looking forward to direct this semi-devised, semi-scripted piece based on the Spanish Civil War’s American volunteers. We’ll be doing a presentation of the piece at Brooklyn Haus on December 16th.

“UNTIL DARK” is getting produced!

After winning the inaugural Et Alia Theater Lab, my new play, Until Dark, won the West Village Rehearsal Co-Op, and is currently in rehearsals. We will be fully producing the play and presenting it in early 2024.

SET DESIGNER FOR RIVEN’S NYC PREMIERE

I am set designing “Riven”, a play in development about the intersections between motherhood and waste accumulation based on interviews with Brazilian waste pickers. Created and directed by Marina Zurita, presented at Bric Lab, Brooklyn.

I have been directing this heartwarming, hilarious play written and performed by Catherine Bloom & Sofia Dobrushin. The piece is a culmination of ARS NOVA’S CAMP Residency.

Set/Props Designer for Big Green Theater

Here’s the set of “Riverville Goes Down” a play written by P.S. 106 students for Big Green Theater, The Bushwick Starr’s educational program. I built the set with my Co-Designer Andrès López-Alicea, and our Assistant Clara Wiest. We exclusively used recycled materials!

I had the pleasure of Producing and Casting Directing this site-specific production of a new adaptation of a Eugene O’Neill’s play. Opening on October 15th and running for two weekends at the Waterfront Museum, Brooklyn.

Props/Costume Designer for “Stella, Come Home”

I have been working as a props/costumes designer for Et Alia Theater’s latest production. They revisited A Street Car Named Desire and presented it as a dance piece in collaboration with Saraika’s Movement Collective. The piece was presented at The Brick in July and at HERE in August.


Joining the team of “Christie” as Producer & Casting Director

Director Nicky Maggio and Executive Producer & Playwright Covi Loveridge Brannan on our first on-site production meeting at the Waterfront Museum, where we will be site-specifically presenting a new adaptation of “Anne Christie” by Eugene O’ Neill.


Stage Manager for BORDR

Finally getting to work with my beloved Dirty Laundry Theater on their newest iteration of BORDRD, their virtual gem, presented with a brand new cast.


REMINISCENCE’s world premiere

I curated, creative produced/line produced, wrote, costume designed and directed the first iteration of “Reminiscence”, a community-based performance. The theatrical production will premiere at the Italytime Cultural Center on June 10th and 11th.


ASM at Company XIV

I joined the Stage Managment Team of Company XIV as sub Assistant Stage Manager for their upcoming new burlesque production: 7 Sins, opening on April 3rd.

Italytime Commission

I was commissioned by Italytime Cultural Center to put up a theatrical production. I pitched to write and direct a community-based choreopoem on the multicultural and multilingual experience. I gathered 6 international women and we started meeting weekly to generate content and find inspiration for the final show! We started rehearsals in March. Stay tuned for more info, dates and a list of collaborators involved.

Back at The Bushwick Starr

I am enthusiastically joining once again The Bushwick Starr in their next production. I’ll be Associate Directing Machel Ross and work as Covid Compliance Officer in Agnes Borinsky’s “A Song of Songs”, c0-presented by Jeremy O. Harris, in partnership with El Puente and in association with Clubbed Thumb. The show will be running through March 10-27th Thursday through Sundays at El Puente’s Williamsburg Leadership Center.

I took on another Prop Design project alongside Patricia Marjorie for the premiere production of Wolf Play at Soho Repertory Theater. Have been hunting for props all over the city.

My first screenplay commission

I was recently commissioned to develop a show bible for a bilingual tv series surrounding an epic Italian Venetian legend. My desk during a writing/research session.


SYNERGY premieres at Denver Fringe

When Cass is accused of sexual assault by a client, her younger sister Jackie, a promising defense criminal attorney, decides to take over the case without blinking. When Lisa, their third sister, shows up in town for solidarity, realizes there is more to the allegations than what she was told. Synergy is an original one-act drama that reflects on the intricacies of sisterhood while testing its ties and boundaries.

After a momentary hiatus, I am now developing and finalizing an original play, Synergy, written and directed by me, which was selected to premiere in person at the 2021’s Denver Fringe Festival.

JUNE Zoom Fest

HERE WE GO returns with the second edition of their 24h Zoom Fest. The event was originally going to presented on June 7th but it was postposed to the 14th in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter Movement. The company decided to also make a change and have a line up of all-black artists to amplify and prioritize their voices.

The event will be live streamed on June 14th at 9PM EST on the HERE WE GO Official Facebook page.

Guest Speaker

Federica was invited to participate as a guest speaker in a panel discussion on producing theater online on behalf of HERE WE GO. The event will be streaming on Zoom on Friday May 15th at 3PM.

HERE WE GO’S Fist Virtual Show

Federica is curating HERE WE GO’s very first event of their online virtual programming by launching a 24h Zoom Fest. The initiative is officially licensed by the


5 writers, 5 directors and 14 actors will remotely gather on Saturday May 2nd to create 5 original pieces specifically written to be performed on Zoom on Sunday May 3rd.

“Syrma - What’s the cost of dreaming?”

“Syrma” is a new play in development by Greek Mythology and Dante’s Divine Comedy. The show was Co-Produced with Carolina De’Castiglioni and will premiere at Alchemical Studios on December 11th, 12th & 13th. Tickets for Syrma are now available here.

HERE WE GO is a site-specific short play festival, whose mission is to provide early-career New York City based artists with an opportunity to develop and showcase their creativity and talents. The festival’s goal is to present authentic, multidisciplinary and original content, as well as build a networking platform for emerging artists.

“September. It’s Matthew Walker’s first day as bartender at The Silhouette. Full of hope sand expectations, he is ready for a fresh new start from a troubled past. Jimmy, his overworked boss, needs an escape from a troubled present. What seems to be a typical Bushwick bar reveals itself to be the darkly unpredictable host of seasonal friendships, drunken romances, family dramas and unexpressed expectations”

In Cold War-era American suburbia, Barbara bakers knocks on the door of heir neighbor’s house late at night. She is answered by Alice, a single, working mother from Hungary, who is new to the neighborhood.
